But, before we go into the Top War Best Heroes Tier List, I’d want to point you that the rarity of the heroes (SSR, SR, and R) is really essential in the game. The rarity of a hero determines how many troops can join them in battle (SSR heroes can take a lot more troops than R heroes). As a result, it’s no surprise that all of the top-tier heroes are SSR.
If you want to get SSR heroes, all you have to do is keep playing the game – even if you’re playing for free, you’ll eventually earn a few! Each hero has a distinct type: some are Air Force heroes, some are Army heroes, and yet others are Navy heroes.
