The Mass EffectTM Legendary Edition comes with over 40 DLC items, including remastered and 4K Ultra HD-optimized versions of promo weapons, armors, and packs, as well as the single-player base content from the critically acclaimed Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 games.

Aim assist has been upgraded with a stickier lock-on, a separate melee button, rebalanced weaponry, and smarter enemy and squad artificial intelligence have all been added to the combat system in an effort to make it feel more consistent with the sequels.
Expanded levels and more frequent auto-saving are some of the changes made to some boss encounters to make them feel less frustrated. The player primarily uses the Mako, an all-terrain vehicle, for traversal. It now has faster acceleration and improved dynamics. An often criticized feature of the original game’s exploration has also been changed, such as the amount of time spent in elevators used to mask loading displays.
