Lost Ark, like many other MMOs, has a varied assortment of classes to support a variety of different playstyles. Warrior is a melee-focused class. Warrior is a sluggish class, but it has more health than any other class and deals good damage. This is essentially Lost Ark’s version of a tank, and it’s the easiest for new players to pick up owing to its simplicity. Berserker, a DPS-focused subclass, Gunlancer, a strong and defensive subclass, and Paladin, a tank and support hybrid subclass.
The Martial Artist is the fastest unit on the battlefield, doing powerful melee damage in spurts and then escaping it with swift moves. The Striker subclass is known for its destructive aerial combo attacks, whereas the Wardancer is known for his powerful elemental powers. The Soulfist can quickly transition between melee and ranged moves to adapt to any situation, and the Scrapper subclass draws on a special energy that allows them to smash adversaries with burst damage.
The Gunner is a range-focused class in Raiders of the Lost Ark, capable of taking out foes before they even get close. The Gunslinger subclass has a variety of guns and can quickly swap between them, making them extremely flexible. Meanwhile, the Artillerist subclass provides fire assistance by pounding adversaries with barrages from massive cannons. The Deadeye is comparable to the Gunslinger, but is stronger up close and weaker at long range, whereas the Sharpshooter is more agile and can strike critical hits with a bow.

Assassins are slower than Martial Artists, but they do more damage every hit and can score critical hits for extra damage. The Deathblade wields three swords and excels at chaining manoeuvres, whereas the Shadowhunter is a shapeshifting rogue who combines magical crowd control powers with powerful melee assaults.
