Hi guys, today I will take you through the Coromon Potential guide. Wherein I have added about the potentials, their categories – how it gets decided. So, let get started with the Coromon Potential guide.
Every Coromon has a Potential Stat. Each Coromon has a Potential Value ranging from 1 to 21, which defines their look, colour including the frequency and total amount of Potential Unlocks they can have. Coromon acquire 3 Potential Points when Potential is achieved, which can be spent to increase any of their base stats. Neither the Potential Value nor the Potential Points invested have any direct effect on a Coromon’s stat-growth.

Coromon Categories
Coromons are categorized into three types depending on their potential. The appearance of a Coromon varies depending on its category.
- Perfect
With Protentional Value Range 21
- Potent
With Protentional Value Range 17 to 21
- Standard
With Protentional Value Range 1 to 16
Unlocks Potential
When a Coromon’s experience points meet the thresholds set by its Potential Stat, it will “awaken” and acquire 3 Potential Points. Except for SP, which can only absorb up to 26 points, up to 60 of these points can be invested into any of a Coromon’s base stats for a flat benefit.
Potential Alteration
A Coromon’s potential value can be increased with a Potentiflator on the top floor of Donar Island’s Trainer Hub for 500. This can only be done once per Coromon. Using a Potentiflator will enhance the value by at least one (for instance from 5 to 6). There is a potential of maximizing the price by more than one. However, the creators explain that “Coromon with greater potential have a reduced possibility of potentifling more than one Potential value.” When a Coromon’s potential is boosted, the player may be given the opportunity to invest new potential from missed unlocks.

Meet the Odds
The Potential Value of a Coromon is chosen at random during each wild encounter. Coromon’s potential for Titans and other trainers is predetermined, not random.
Reading Potential
A Coromon’s potential can be read in-game by utilizing the Potential Reader or Battle Reader, which will show the potential in the Coromon’s description or stat tab.
This concludes the Coromon Potential Guide. I hope you found it interesting.
